Munich, March 27, 2009 - IM Internationalmedia AG will not publish its
annual financial statement 2008 on March 30, 2009 as announced in the
financial calendar. The publication is postponed to End of April 2009.

The delay results from the following reasons:

As of December 23, 2008, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company had
withdrawn the application for commencement of insolvency proceedings, as
the Company was no longer insolvent. With resolution as of January 8, 2009,
the Court of Registry revoked its appointment of preliminary insolvency
administration.

The preliminary insolvency administrator was responsible for all
administration of assets and management of the Company between August 2008
and December 2008. To date he could not provide the Company with reliable
financials of the subsidiaries to prepare a consolidated financial
statement.

Frederick Ulrich did not accept his appointment as member of the Management
Board of IM Internationalmedia AG. Konstantin Thoeren therefore remains the
sole member of the Management Board of the Company.
