AS Starman has filed an application with the Estonian CSD for transferring the minority shares to Baltic Moontech Investments Holding AS (according to Estonian Commercial Code). The transfer is expected to be commenced on March 31, 2009. Yesterday, Starman filed an application with the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn for the suspension of trading in its shares starting from Friday, March 27, 2009 until delisting to ensure the clearing and settlement of all stock exchange trades before transferring the minority shares to the majority shareholder. The managing director of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn decided to satisfy the application and thus the trading in Starman shares is suspended starting from Friday, March 27, 2009 until delisting.
