Acquisitions of a blocks of shares

On 30 March 2009 Šiaulių bankas AB acquired 100 percent shares and voting rights
of “Šiaulių banko investicijų valdymas“ UAB and 100 percent shares of „Šiaulių  
banko turto fondas“ UAB.
