Schopfloch, March 30, 2009. At its meeting today to ratify the Company's
annual financial statements, the supervisory board of HOMAG Group AG
approved a resolution of the management board to propose a dividend of EUR
0.30 per share at the annual general meeting on May 27, 2009 (dividend for
2007: EUR 0.90).

The management board explained that this dividend proposal strikes a
balance between an appropriate dividend without, however, losing sight of
the current difficult market environment and the need to secure sufficient
liquidity to allow room for maneuver in the event of acquisition
opportunities.
