John M. Floyd & Associates Announces New Personnel Assignments


BAYTOWN, Texas, March 31, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- John M. Floyd & Associates (JMFA), a profitability and performance improvement consulting firm for financial institutions, today announced additions to the company's regional sales force.

Ron Goffman has joined the company as a regional director. He will be responsible for client services and consultation in Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Goffman has 28 years of sales and consulting experience with financial institutions across the upper Midwest.

Prior to joining JMFA, Goffman worked for Fiserv, Modern Banking Systems, Digital Insight and New Ground Resources. Prior to working in the financial services industry, Goffman spent seven years in education and coaching. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Bemidji State University.

Emily Crandall has been named a regional director for Alaska, California, Idaho, Oregon and Washington State. Crandall joined JMFA in 2007 as a sales associate, supporting regional directors in the north and southeastern states.

Prior to joining JMFA, Crandall worked in the Enterprise Learning Department at Bank of America, creating risk and compliance education for bank associates. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Michelle Fox has been named a regional sales representative. She will be responsible for supporting JMFA regional directors serving territories in New England and the Mid-Atlantic states.

Fox joined JMFA in 2007 as a sales associate. Her career began with BridgeStreet Worldwide where she was the Global Account Manager for seven major accounts, including Bank of America and Lehman Brothers. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Kentucky University.
