Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On March 30, 2009 , Mr Bernhard Schadeberg, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Krones AG, Neutraubling, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006335003, WKN:
633500, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on March 19, 2009
and that day amount to 3.28% (this corresponds to 1036784 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 3.22% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 1017424 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Schadeberg.
Thereof 1,48% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 467586 Voting
Rights) also according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the
WpHG.
