I.R.E. German Property Holding B.V. announced yesterday, March 31st, 2009 that the company will postpone the publication of the 2008 accounts. The company expects to publish its accounts by the latest May 31st, 2009
	
With reference to what is stated above the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the listed bonds of I.R.E. German Property Holding B.V. (ISIN code DK0030047246 and DK0030047329, short names IREO 1 O2 and IREO 2 O2) will be placed on the observation segment.

The bonds will be transferred with effect from Tuesday, April 2nd, 2009.
