Frankfurt, Germany - on 01 April 2009 on its own behalf and on behalf of
The Children's Investment Master Fund, Grand Cayman, Grand Cayman Islands,
The Children's Investment Fund Management Ltd., London, United Kingdom, The
Children's Investment Fund Management (Cayman) Ltd., Grand Cayman, Grand
Cayman Islands and Mr. Christopher Hohn, United Kingdom, of the following
voting rights notification pursuant to Sec. 21 WpHG:

1. We hereby give notice, pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on
01 April 2009, our voting interest in Deutsche Börse AG undercut the 10%,
5% and 3% thresholds and on the same day amounted to 0.96% (1,867,089
voting rights).

Of these voting rights 0.96% (1,867,089 voting rights) are attributed to us
in accordance with Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 of the WpHG.

2. We hereby give notice, pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on
01 April 2009, the voting interest of The Children's Investment Master Fund
in Deutsche Börse AG undercut the 10%, 5% and 3% thresholds and on the same
day amounted to 0.87% (1,690,152 voting rights).

3. We hereby give notice, pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on
01 April 2009, the voting interest of The Children's Investment Fund
Management Ltd. in Deutsche Börse AG undercut the 10%, 5% and 3% thresholds
and on the same day amounted to 0.96% (1,867,089 voting rights).

Of these voting rights 0.96% (1,867,089 voting rights) are attributed to
The Children's Investment Fund Management Ltd. in accordance with Sec. 22
para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of
the WpHG.

4. We hereby give notice, pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on
01 April 2009, the voting interest of The Children's Investment Fund
Management (Cayman) Ltd. in Deutsche Börse AG undercut the 10%, 5% and 3%
thresholds and on the same day amounted to 0.96% (1,867,089 voting rights).

Of these voting rights 0.96% (1,867,089 voting rights) are attributed to
The Children's Investment Fund Management (Cayman) Ltd. in accordance with
Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with Sec. 22 para. 1
sentence 2 of the WpHG.

5. We hereby give notice, pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on
01 April 2009, the voting interest of Mr. Christopher Hohn in Deutsche
Börse AG undercut the 10%, 5% and 3% thresholds and on the same day
amounted to 0.96% (1,867,089 voting rights).

Of these voting rights 0.96% (1,867,089 voting rights) are attributed to
Mr. Christopher Hohn in accordance with Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in
connection with Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG.
