Correction - Annual General Meeting - P/F Atlantic Airways - Distribution of dividends- Publish 2009-04-01 18:51:05

Correction: Trading in shares without dividend rights has been changed to
commence 24th of April due to postponement of the Annual General Meeting. 

Dividends are distributed to shareholders, who are registered in the company's
register of shareholders at the record date which will be the 28th of April.
Trading in shares without dividend rights will commence on 24th of April. The
dividend shall be, in accordance to relevant rules and custom, transferred on
Tuesday 5th of May to the profit account in a financial institution
registered in Værdipapircentralen A/S, as an account payable to with releasing
effect. 

The Annual General Meeting is now scheduled for 23nd April 2009 at 17.00. A 
new and detailed notice to convene will be issued shortly.
