About the Author

As an aspiring musician in his early teens, the dreams of becoming a famous rock star faded and author Robert Stillman was forced to redirect his career. He'd been in real estate for his teen years and into his early adult life trying to support his music "habit". Stillman went from a laborer to operating his own contracting business. Flat broke, without a job, drowning in debt and with a credit score that rivaled his body weight; he started fixing-n-flipping.

Eleven years later, Stillman is firmly ensconced in the business of buying, selling, renting, and rehabbing real estate.
