On the 26th of March, 2009 was prosecuted claim statement of the fish processing company JSC “Brivais vilnis” to the Regional Court of Riga on recovery of approximately 3,3 million LVL damages from the previous board of the company. Recovery of damages is claimed from the previous chairman of the board of the JSC “Brivais vilnis” Igors Surkovs and previous members of the board Janis Endele, Genadijs Ivankins and Guntis Lame.
