Collective termination of employment contracts and application of the holiday with partial pay

AS Norma has filed requests with the Labour Inspectorate in order to apply the  
collective termination of employment contracts with 65 employees, and the       
holiday with partial pay to 304 employees during 7 working days in April. The   
termination of employment contracts and the holiday with partial pay derive from
significant fall in orders in April and in the next months of 2009. AS Norma    
shares the opinion of its clients that the production halt and volumes drop is  
temporary. However it is difficult to estimate when and at which level of       
production volumes the situation will stabilize.
