Klövern acquires two properties in Nyköping


Klövern has acquired two properties in Nyköping from a local landlord
for SEK 25 million. The properties are situated centrally and close
to Klövern's existing portfolio."These properties are an excellent supplement to our Nyköping
portfolio. They offer a healthy direct yield as well as further
potential for development," says Klövern's CEO, Gustaf Hermelin.

The property Mjölkflaskan 6 comprises 8,000 sq. m., mainly office
premises and a health care facility. The property registered as
Glödlampan 16 comprises 1,250 sq. m., mainly retail and office
premises.

The properties were taken possession of on 1 April 2009.
