NASDAQ OMX Vilnius informs: On April 3, 2009 at 10:31 EEST news agency BNS has announced that the Supreme Court of Lithuania has passed the decision stating that main shareholders of the company Panevezio Statybos Trestas AB must announce the mandatory takeover bid in respect of the remaining ordinary registered shares of the company. This is the final and non-disputable court ruling which takes effect on April 3, 2009. Taking into account that this information is important and may have significant impact on investors decisions, it has not been disclosed according to requirements of applicable laws and regulations and therefore investors did not have equal opportunities to acquaint themselves with announced information. Therefore trading in Panavezio statybos Trestas AB ordinary registered shares have been suspended at the request of Lithuanian Securities Commission on April 3, 2009 until the separate announcement concerning decision of the Supreme Court of Lithuania.
