Press Release 8th of April Nordals Härads Sparbank acquires three of Swedbank's local branch offices Swedbank has agreed to the sale of its local branch offices in Bengtsfors, Dals-Ed and Färgelanda to Nordals Härads Sparbank. Through the acquisition Nordals Härads Sparbank highlights its role as a local and regional actor, further strengthening their joint customer offering through its partnership with Swedbank in the local counties Dalsland. Through the sale Swedbank's and Nordal Härads Sparbank's existing partnership continues further. The collaboration with Swedbank is important for Nordal Härads Sparbank's future development as a professional and cost effective bank service. “We are delighted to have the opportunity to strengthen our local presence and develop the business in Bengtsfors, Dals-Ed and Färgelanda. The acquisition aims to benefit customers, colleagues and the entire region, says Magnus Olsson, CEO at Nordals Härads Sparbank.
