TeliaSonera Finland reaches agreement with Elisa and DNA on new mobile
interconnection fees

TeliaSonera Finland has reached an agreement with Elisa Oyj and DNA Finland Oy
on new mobile interconnection fees for the years 2010-2011. According to the
agreement made in 2007, the parties will adopt symmetrical interconnection
pricing in December 2009.

Interconnection fees, eurocent/min:
4,9 cent/min 1.12.2009 - 30.11.2010
4,4 cent/min 1.12.2010 - 30.11.2011

The parties also agreed that they will continue with symmetrical interconnection
pricing in the period 1.12.2011 - 30.12.2012.

The current fees are 4,9 cents/min (TeliaSonera Finland Oyj and Elisa Oyj) and
5,4 cents/min (DNA Finland Ltd).

TeliaSonera estimates that the new interconnection pricing will have a combined
positive effect of approximately SEK 65 million (EUR 6 million) on the 2010-2011
result of Finnish mobile communications, assuming traffic volumes in 2008.
