ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

The Board of JSC „Latvijas tilti” hereby informs that the Annual Meeting of     
Shareholders, previously scheduled for April 30, 2009 will not take place due to
delay in 2008 annual report preparation.  The Annual Meeting of Shareholders    
will be held on May 11, 2009.
