On 7th of April 2009, AB “Gubernija” received the notices from Takhir Shabaev
and Larisa Afanaseva concerning acquisition of the rights to vote. On 8th of
April 2009, AB “Gubernija” received the notices from Vitas Tomkus and UAB
“Respublikos spaustuve” about deprivation of their rights to vote.
The declared reason of transcend - expiration of the contract on transfer of
the rights to vote.
