After restructurings on behalf of the party, legally obliged to file
disclosure, the following was notified to Südzucker AG according to Article
21 Section 1 of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act]:
1. DZR Immobilien- und Beteiligungs GmbH, Vienna, Austria informed us
according to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG in connection with Article 22
Section 1 Sentence 1 No 1 of the WpHG, that voting rights via shares in
Südzucker AG Mannheim/Ochsenfurt fell below the 10 %, 5 % and 3 %
threshold on April 2nd, 2009 and amounts to 0 % (this corresponds to 0
voting rights) that day.
2. RASKIA Beteiligungs GmbH, Vienna, Austria informed us according to
Article 21 Section 1 WpHG in connection with Article 22 Section 1
Sentence 1 No 1 of the WpHG, that voting rights via shares in Südzucker
AG Mannheim/Ochsenfurt exceeded the 3 %, 5 % and 10 % threshold on
April 2nd , 2009 and amounts to 10.87 % (this corresponds to 20,591,779
voting rights) that day.
Attributable thereof to RASKIA Beteiligungs GmbH are 10.87 % (20,591,779
voting rights) according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No 1 of the
WpHG.
The voting rights attributable to RASKIA Beteiligungs GmbH are held via the
following companies which are controlled by the RASKIA Beteiligungs GmbH
and whose voting rights via shares in Südzucker AG Mannheim/Ochsenfurt each
exceed 3 % or more:
- Zuckermarkt-Studiengesellschaft m.b.H.
- Zucker Invest GmbH
3. BALURA Holding GmbH, Vienna, Austria informed us according to Article
21 Section 1 WpHG in connection with Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No
1 of the WpHG, that voting rights via shares in Südzucker AG
Mannheim/Ochsenfurt exceeded the 3 %, 5 % and 10 % threshold on April
2nd , 2009 and amounts to 10.87 % (this corresponds to 20,591,779
voting rights) that day.
Attributable thereof to BALURA Holding GmbH are 10.87 % (20,591,779 voting
rights) according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No 1 of the WpHG.
The voting rights attributable to BALURA Holding GmbH are held via the
following companies which are controlled by the BALURA Holding GmbH and
whose voting rights via shares in Südzucker AG Mannheim/Ochsenfurt each
exceed 3 % or more:
- RASKIA Beteiligungs GmbH
- Zuckermarkt-Studiengesellschaft m.b.H.
- Zucker Invest GmbH
