About the Author

Father and Son -- A Connection through Poetry is Tony Bethel's fourth book of poetry and the first with his son Brian. Tony is also a massage therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant who had the unique opportunity (and honor) to work with patients at the Sports Medicine Hospital of the China National Olympic Training Center in Beijing, China (2007). Tony is also a student at the National College of Naprapathic Medicine, and has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign, and an Associates Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant (Phi Theta Kappa). He is a Nationally Certified Therapist (NCTMB). He is also currently studying for his certification as a Nutritional Consultant (C.N.C).

Brian Bethel attended the prestigious FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising) in Los Angeles, California. Brian graduated from Kentlake High School, Kent, Washington.
