VINX Index Information: Adjustment of VINX Benchmark index due to the Rights Issue in Bang & Olufsen (9/09)

Due to the Rights Issue in Bang & Olufsen  B (2:1) rate DKK 19 per share, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm will act and adjust Bang & Olufsen B (DK0010218429) in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges´ Tradable, All-Share, Sector and Benchmark Indices”, rule 5.3.

On the Ex date April 21, 2009 the number of shares for BO B in VINX Benchmark Index will be increased to 31 338 015 shares.
