SARASOTA, Fla., April 23, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Renewable Corporation (Pink Sheets:RNWC) (TRC) announces the formation of a new wholly owned subsidiary, Renewable Products and Services Corporation.
Renewable Products and Services Corporation (RPS) will provide renewable and alternative energy products, services and solutions for residential, commercial, government and municipal installation applications. RPS plans to build and leverage a national network of company authorized "Renewable Technician" distributors that will provide Renewable Retrofit products and services in geographically exclusive territories. RPS will provide technology products, customized software, marketing tools and resources, training and certification, back office administration, call center support, and web-based product information and order fulfillment, as well as offer access to available financing alternatives, government backed loans, and tax credits under the newly enacted renewable and alternative energy economic stimulus program created by President Obama.
