Press Release 23rd of April, 2009 Changes in the financial statements of Opus Prodox AB (publ) In connection with the completion of the annual report for 2008, Opus Prodox AB (publ) has chosen to make some corrections to the 2008 financial statements. These corrections give rise to the following changes on selected income statement and balance sheet items for the full year 2008: • Net income increases from SEK 4.5 million to 5.2 • Earnings per share increases from SEK 0.03 to 0.04 per share (before and after dilution) • EBITDA (Operating profit before depreciation and amortization) is reduced from SEK 20.0 million to 17.8 (EBITDA margin declines from 13.8% to 12.3%) • Total assets increases from SEK 376.8 million to 419.1 • Equity increases from SEK 259.0 million to 300.0 (equity ratio increases from 68.8% to 71.6%) The corrections to the results are mainly a result of changes in accounting estimates and judgements and adjustments related to the acquisition of SysTech International, which was completed in April 2008. The adjustments to the balance sheet relate mainly to translation differences related to the U.S. subsidiaries, which were underestimated in the year-end report for 2008 and increasing the equity capital by around SEK 41 million. The full annual report for 2008 will be available in digital format on the company's website approximately two weeks before the Annual General Meeting on May 27.
