Equities: Delisting from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB of Lawson

Lawson Software Inc. has requested a delisting of the company’s shares from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB (the Exchange). 

The Exchange has approved the application and decided to delist the shares of Lawson Software inc., (ISIN code US52078P1021, order book ID 34458 and short name LWSN).  

The last day of trading will be Friday, May 29th 2009. 

Please note that the shares in Lawson Software Inc. will be traded on First North from Monday June 1st, 2009.
