Hakon Invest increases ownership in Hemtex

On April 24, 2009, Hakon Invest purchased 2 394 000 shares in Hemtex
AB. Hakon Invest thereafter owns 10 149 138 shares in Hemtex AB,
corresponding to an ownership share of 34.6% of the capital and votes
in the company.

As a result of today's acquisition, Hakon Invest's holding now
exceeds 30% of the voting rights in Hemtex AB, which means that Hakon
Invest is obliged to make an bid. Hakon Invest intends to provide
further information on Tuesday next week at the latest.

Hakon Invest's ownership in Hemtex AB as per March 31 2009 was
7,755,138  shares, corresponding to 26.4% of the capital and votes.

Financial Supervisory Authority.
