Correction of bulletin from the Annual General Meeting of EnergyO Solutions

In the bulletin issued earlier today regarding the annual general meeting of
EnergyO Solutions Russia AB the information provided on the company's share
capital, after the execution of the reduction of the share capital, was
incorrectly indicated to be SEK 281,706,276.62. The correct amount shall be SEK
291,706,275.62.
