Major Shareholder Announcement regarding Proxies given to the Board of
Directors for the AGM 2009 

With reference to Executive Order No. 1225/2007 (Executive Order regarding
Major Shareholders), section 4, No. 8, Rella Holding A/S announces that the
Board of Directors have received proxies to vote at the Company's Annual
General Meeting to be held on Monday 27 April 2009 corresponding to 5.6% of the
Company's share capital. 

After the Annual General Meeting, the proxies will expire.
