We would like to inform on the recent 3 year professional experience of new
council member Vladmirs Ivanikins elected in the shareholders meeting of the
JSC „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” on April 22, 2009: 

New member of Council Vladimirs Ivanikins is in the position of Member of the
Board in companies SIA „MEK A” and SIA „Bikur Holim Farma B” since 2007. 

We would like to inform that Vladimirs Ivanikins does not own any share of JSC
„Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika”.
