The move of its headquarters, which was approved by the company's Board of Directors, will require the relocation of only a small number of executives which will occur over time. The move will not affect iMergent's StoresOnline subsidiary or any of the company's existing operations that are currently located in Orem, Utah.

Our Crexendo Business Solutions, Inc., subsidiary, which includes our planned hosted telecom services, managed network services and business educational services, will all be located in Phoenix."
