Witness These Compelling Events That Happened in Court -- New Book Recalls Many Unforgettable Moments That Happened During the Author's Years in Court

NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev., April 27, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- For several years, author Allan Bergman witnessed first-hand the many compelling events that happened in court, including crime cases, judicial affairs and more. A fascinating look back at the past through his experiences is all set to begin with My Son The Defendant, his new book released through Xlibris.

My Son The Defendant recalls many memorable moments from the author's long years working for the justice system as a court reporter. During those years, he witnessed several crime cases tried in court and discovered how such events impact not only the system but also the people. Readers will witness many proceedings where teenagers were charged for shoplifting, assault, drug possession, and the like. As the narrative continues, crime cases get more elaborate and even intriguing. Along the way, readers will learn that Bergman's favorite aspect of the court system was working in the criminal part known as special session, for it gave him opportunities to witness justice (or injustice) unfold. Ultimately, Bergman's career turned out to be exciting and highly educational.
