Extraordinary General Meeting of Kefren Properties IX AB (under change of name
from Landic Property Bonds IX AB) 


On 27 April 2009 an Extraordinary General Meeting of Kefren Properties IX AB
(under change of name from Landic Property Bonds IX AB), 556691-4031, was held.
The agenda was: 

1.	Election of chairman of the meeting
2.	Preparation and approval of voting list
3.	Determination of whether the meeting has been duly convened
4.	Approval of the meeting's agenda
5.	Election of one or two persons to verify the minutes
6.	Election of members of the Board 
7.	Change of the name of the company
8.	Closing of the meeting

Number of shares and votes:	3,000



It was resolved that the Board of Directors shall consist of three Directors
and no Deputy Directors. Ole Vagner, Helle M. Breinholt and Per Christer
Johansson Perrault were elected as Directors. 

 

Ole Vagner has after a long career, extensive experience of the financial
sector, for example he has been Director of SJL-Banken/Alm. Brand Bank.
Additionally, Ole Vagner is founder and former Group Managing Director of the
former Keops A/S.

A/S. Breinholt Consulting A/S was founded by Helle M. Breinholt in 2001. Before
that Helle M. Breinholt was employed in Nordea Markets, her last position being
as Head of Structured Transactions, and before that she was an auditor at KPMG.
