Nykredit Bank A/S reduces outstanding bond amount in bond ID 3011720, ISIN DK0030117205

Pursuant to the prospectus of 30 October 2007, Nykredit Bank A/S has decided to
buy back a nominal amount of DKK 310,000,000 of bonds in bond ID 3011720, ISIN
DK0030117205. 

Nykredit Bank A/S has cancelled the bonds and requested VP Securities A/S to
reduce the nominal outstanding amount by DKK 310,000,000 to a nominal amount of
DKK 1,690,000,000.
