Changes in LBi organisation structure - Theo Cordesius, EVP of Operations, leaves LBi

PRESS RELEASE
Stockholm/Amsterdam, 28 April 2009

Theo Cordesius, EVP of Operations, will leave LBI International AB on
1 May 2009 after having served the Group for more than 7 years. Theo
Cordesius is leaving after an intensive period of activity where he
has been massively instrumental in driving both the growth and
success of the Company.

Theo Cordesius comments: "It has been an honour and a joy to work for
this great company, its employees, shareholders and clients. I
appreciate to have been part of the leadership team in the last 7
years which has been - to say the least - in a very rapidly changing
market sector - a dynamic journey. "

Fred Mulder, Chairman of the Board of Directors, adds: "After 7 years
working very closely with Theo and both being at the start of
creating LBi as market leader in the full-service digital media
world, I like to thank Theo for his wisdom and energy which he has
always portrayed in the best interest of the Company. I am sure we
all will miss his authentic management style and integrity in dealing
with complex corporate issues."

Luke Taylor, CEO, further adds: "I have greatly enjoyed working
alongside Theo over the past year. We have significantly improved
operational excellence across the Group over the past three quarters
and Theo specifically deserves credit for driving the margin
improvement across a number of key territories."
