Rörvik Timber AB announced today April 29, 2009 that the company has filed for a corporate reconstruction. The current rules of the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm state that a listed company shall be placed on the observation segment if there is a material adverse uncertainty in respect of the company’s financial position.
With reference to what is stated above, the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm has decided that shares in Rörvik Timber AB (ISIN code SE0000387318 and orderbook ID 1050) will be placed on the observation segment.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Thursday April 30th, 2009.
