Landic Property will not publish its annual results for 2008 before the end of April 2009. The District Court of Reykjavík has granted Landic Property hf. the authorisation for temporary suspension of payments. According to article 56, paragraph 2 of Act no. 108/2007, on Securities Transactions, the provisions of Chapter VII (periodic information requirements for issuers) do not apply to an issuer exclusively of debt securities admitted to trading on a regulated market, the denomination per unit of which is at least ISK 4.6 million.
