Mr. Guntars Stekjanis, the chairman of Supervisory Board of AS “KURZEMES ATSLEGA 1", in the name of the AS “KURZEMES ATSLEGA 1", declares, that accordingly to decision of Supervisory Board of April 28, 2009 (Protocol No. 1), there is discontinued the Contract of Authorization, concluded in February 5, 2009 in compliance of what the Chairman's duties of the Board of the AS “KURZEMES ATSLEGA 1” were entrusted to Eriks Mikstas.
