Equities: Semcon AB transferred back from the observation segment (87/09)

The shares in Semcon AB were placed on the observation segment on Mars 9th, 2009 because the company was subject to a public offer from JCE Group AB. Today April 30, 2009, JCE Group AB announced that the public offer is fulfilled and finalized. 

With reference to what is stated above, the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Semcon AB (ISIN code SE0000379497 and order book ID 1054) shall be transferred back to their ordinary position.

The shares will be transferred with effect from Monday, May 4th, 2009.
