According to Article 56, Paragraph 2 and Article 57 of Act no. 108/2007 on Securities Transactions companies that only have debt securities admitted to trading in a stock exchange with denomination per unit at least 50,000 EUR face value, do not need to disclose its financial statements in the Stock Exchange. The Board of Directors of Milestone has decided not to publish the annual accounts for 2008. As Milestone has negative equity the company is currently undergoing financial restructuring as was announced in the Stock Exchange on 19 November 2008.
