PKC Group Oyj Changes board/management/auditors 30 April 2009 8.20 a.m. PKC'S AUDIT COMMITTEE PKC Group Oyj's Board of Directors has resolved to establish an Audit Committee among its members. Outi Lampela has been nominated chairman and Olli Pohjanvirta member of the Audit Committee. Members of the Audit Committee shall be paid, in addition to the normal annual remuneration, an additional annual remuneration of EUR 5,000 in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting held on 27 March 2009.
