Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Veröffentlichung gemäß § 26 Abs. 1 WpHG
Die Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston, USA, hat der
Rheinmetall AG mit Fax vom 1. Mai 2009 folgende Mitteilung gemäß
§ 21 Abs. 1 WpHG gemacht:
'On 29 April 2009 the voting rights held by Fidelity Management & Research
Company fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights in Rheinmetall AG, Düsseldorf. On that date, Fidelity
Management & Research Company held 0.93 % of the voting rights in
Rheinmetall AG, arising from 336,242 voting rights.
All voting rights in Rheinmetall AG were attributed to Fidelity Management& Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1)
sent. 1 no 6 WpHG.'
Die FMR LLC, Boston, USA, hat der Rheinmetall AG mit Fax vom
1. Mai 2009 folgende Mitteilung gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG gemacht:
'On 29 April 2009 the voting rights held by FMR LLC fell below the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Rheinmetall AG,
Düsseldorf. On that date, FMR LLC held 0.93 % of the voting
rights in Rheinmetall AG, arising from 336,242 voting rights.
All voting rights in Rheinmetall AG were attributed to
FMR LLC pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no 6 in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG.'
