(OTCBB:SCOM) ("Sharps" or the "Company"), a leading provider of cost-effective disposal solutions for medical and pharmaceutical waste generated outside the hospital setting, today announced that the Company's common stock has been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the new symbol "SMED." Trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market is anticipated to commence on Wednesday, May 6, 2009.
