Company Announcement

Management Board of JSC „LATVIJAS ZOOVETAPGĀDE” on 5th of May, 2009, received
from Riga City Zemgale Suburb Court decision,dated with 27th of April 2009,to
propose issue of insolvency process of JSC „LATVIJAS ZOOVETAPGĀDE”, based on
announcement of Hamburger Leistungsfutter GmbH. 

Management of JSC „LATVIJAS ZOOVETAPGĀDE” do not agree to the statement of
reasons for suggestion of insolvency process. 

At the moment all conditions and all facts related with progress of process are
clarified.
