AB Fagerhult (publ) withdraw voluntary offer in Luxo ASA

AB Fagerhult has today withdrawn the voluntary offer, dated 29 March 2009, in
order to acquire all shares in Luxo ASA.  The reason for the withdrawal is that
the shares have been acquired by another buyer at a higher price than the offer
from Fagerhult.
