Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Fininvest S.p.A., Rome, Italy, in its name and in the name and on behalf of
Mr. Silvio Berlusconi and the companies referred to below, notified us on
April 30, 2009 pursuant to section 21 para. 1 and section 22 para.1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) of the following:
On April 22, 2009 the stake of Fininvest S.p.A., Rome, Italy, in the voting
rights in Premiere AG, Medienallee 4, Unterföhring, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 3% and on that date amounted to 2.517% (this corresponds to
12,336,775 voting rights).
On April 22, 2009, the indirect stake of Mr. Silvio Berlusconi, Italy, in
the voting rights in Premiere AG, Medienallee 4, Unterföhring, Germany,
fell below the threshold of 3% and on that date amounted to 2.517% (this
corresponds to 12,336,775 voting rights).
All such 2.517% of the voting rights (12,336,775 voting rights) in Premiere
AG are to be attributed to Mr. Silvio Berlusconi pursuant to section 22,
para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. These voting rights attributed to Mr. Silvio
Berlusconi are held via the following entities which are controlled by Mr.
Silvio Berlusconi: Fininvest S.p.A., Holding Italiana Prima S.p.A., Holding
Italiana Seconda S.p.A., Holding Italiana Terza S.p.A. and Holding Italiana
Ottava S.p.A..
On April 22, 2009, the indirect stake of Holding Italiana Prima S.p.A.,
Milano, Italy, in the voting rights in Premiere AG, Medienallee 4,
Unterföhring, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% and on that date
amounted to 2.517% (this corresponds to 12,336,775 voting rights).
All such 2.517% of the voting rights (12,336,775 voting rights) in Premiere
AG are to be attributed to Holding Italiana Prima S.p.A. pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. These voting rights are to be
attributed to Holding Italiana Prima S.p.A. from Fininvest S.p.A..
On April 22, 2009, the indirect stake of Holding Italiana Seconda S.p.A.,
Milano, Italy, in the voting rights in Premiere AG, Medienallee 4,
Unterföhring, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% and on that date
amounted to 2.517% (this corresponds to 12,336,775 voting rights).
All such 2.517% of the voting rights (12,336,775 voting rights) in Premiere
AG are to be attributed to Holding Italiana Seconda S.p.A. pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. These voting rights are to be
attributed to Holding Italiana Seconda S.p.A. from Fininvest S.p.A..
On April 22, 2009, the indirect stake of Holding Italiana Terza S.p.A.,
Milano, Italy, in the voting rights in Premiere AG, Medienallee 4,
Unterföhring, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% and on that date
amounted to 2.517% (this corresponds to 12,336,775 voting rights).
All such 2.517% of the voting rights (12,336,775 voting rights) in Premiere
AG are to be attributed to Holding Italiana Terza S.p.A. pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. These voting rights are to be
attributed to Holding Italiana Terza S.p.A. from Fininvest S.p.A..
On April 22, 2009, the indirect stake of Holding Italiana Ottava S.p.A.,
Milano, Italy, in the voting rights in Premiere AG, Medienallee 4,
Unterföhring, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% and on that date
amounted to 2.517% (this corresponds to 12,336,775 voting rights).
All such 2.517% of the voting rights (12,336,775 voting rights) in Premiere
AG are to be attributed to Holding Italiana Ottava S.p.A. pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. These voting rights are to be
attributed to Holding Italiana Ottava S.p.A. from Fininvest S.p.A..
