In connection with the completion of a one-year takeover and development period, the Supervisory Board of AS ABC King decided on its 4 May 2009 meeting to accept the letter of resignation of the current Member of the Management Board of AS ABC King Silja Silm. Also the letter of resignation of Silja Silm as Member of the Management Board of SIA ABC King, OÜ Suurtüki NK and SIA Suurtuki was accepted. Silja Silm will continue in the management of the Footwear segment as a Merchandise Manager. Erkki Laugus, Development Manager of Tallinna Kaubamaja was elected as a new Member of the Management Board and Managing Director. His authority as the Member of the Management Board of AS ABC King, SIA ABC King, OÜ Suurtüki NK and SIA Suurtuki will take effect after making the corresponding entries to the Commercial Register at the beginning of May. Erkki Laugus has a degree of Business Management of Estonian Agricultural University's Faculty of Economics from 1996. Since 2006, Erkki Laugus has been working in the Development Department of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS. Erkki Laugus does not own shares of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS.
