Kforce Government Solutions (KGS) Has Been Awarded a $5.9 Million Contract to Provide Financial Systems Administrator Support (FSA) for Air Combat Command (ACC) Base-Level Comptroller Activities


SAN ANTONIO and FAIRFAX, Va., May 7, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kforce Government Solutions (KGS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kforce Inc. (Nasdaq:KFRC), announced today that it has been awarded a contract by the Air Combat Command (ACC) to provide Information Technology (IT) computer systems administration and financial systems administrator support to the Base-Level Comptrollers. This single-award, prime contract has a one-year base period of performance, three one-year options, and a contract value of more than $5.9 million if all options are exercised. Work will be performed at various Air Force bases throughout the U.S.

Under the terms of the contract, KGS will provide a broad array of IT technical and management support services, including oversight, maintenance, and support to local Network Operation Support Centers (NOSC's) and Defense Mega Centers (DMCs), to ensure that ACC financial systems provide uninterrupted service in successfully supporting daily financial operations at each of the 15 ACC bases.
