Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On May 05, 2009 , SVB GmbH & Co. KG, Jüchen, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Masterflex AG, Gelsenkirchen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005492938,
WKN: 549 293, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on April 20,
2009  and now amount to 3.22% (this corresponds to 145084 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.22% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 145084 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from SBF GmbH & Co. KG.
