Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On May 08, 2009 , UBS AG, Zürich , Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on VTG
Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000VTG9999, WKN: VTG999,
have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 05, 2009  and
now amount to 2.99% (this corresponds to 640579 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.27% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 57450 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
