Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On May 13, 2009 , H&R Holding GmbH, Hamburg, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on H&R WASAG AG, Salzbergen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007757007, WKN:
775700, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% limit of the
Voting Rights on November 05, 2008  and now amount to 42.34% (this
corresponds to 12689518 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 42.34%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 12689518 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from H&R Beteiligung GmbH.
