Peab builds new offices for Vattenfall Norden in Arenastaden in Solna

Peab has received the commission to build new offices in Solna which Vattenfall
Norden will rent. Peab has received the order from Fabege and the value of the
contract is SEK 850 million.

The office building will be divided into four bodies with high environmental
standards. The construction of the building will be cutting edge environmentally
resulting in very low energy consumption and attractive workplaces.

Construction of this turn-key contract is to commence in the beginning of 2010,
on the condition that zoning has gained legal force, and occupancy is planned
for the autumn of 2012. Vattenfall's new office building will be located next to
Swedbank Arena in Solna and is dimensioned for some 2,000 workplaces. The
project will be reported in the second quarter 2009.
